I am a Psychologist registered in Alberta and Ontario. I completed a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology in 2015 and since then have been working with individuals to help them move more fully towards living the lives they want to be living. I have worked in a variety of settings, which has given me a broad understanding of the wide array of challenges that people can face and an increased optimism in the capacity of those same people to live meaningful lives in the face of hardship.
I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals, including those who have been diagnosed with chronic pain related issues, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, and other mental health difficulties.
At Odyssey Health Services I provide interdisciplinary assessment and treatment services aimed at supporting individuals as they return to living rich and meaningful lives, including gainful employment.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing and watching Basketball, exercising, learning about new tech, and exploring nature.
