I have an MBA and B. Comm from the University of Windsor.  Shortly after graduation, I fell into the world of Executive search and recruiting.  I have worked in this industry for over 35 years, running my own firm for most of that time.  We catered to clients in the health care, financial and consumer goods industries building teams that contributed to the long-term growth of our customers.

In my role with Odyssey Health Services as the HR officer – Personnel my main responsibility is managing the recruitment process to identify and attract talented individuals who can bring both expertise and energy to the company.  I focus on sourcing candidates whose skills align with our business needs and culture, ensuring we build a strong and dynamic workforce.

When I am not working, I am active in racquet sports (Platform tennis and tennis) and yoga.  I love to spend time with my family – husband, kids, grandkids, and grand dog!
