I have over 17 years of experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at Odyssey Health Services. I initially worked as a behavioural therapist, a member of an interdisciplinary team providing treatment for patients with chronic somatic and mental health difficulties for the first 8 years at the company. I then moved on to become the Intake Coordinator where I continued to be part of an integrated team in an administrative role with responsibilities that include coordinating appointments between patients and clinical staff.

I graduated from Lakehead University with an honours degree in Kinesiology and minor in Gerontology. It was during my studies that I developed a passion for helping others.

I am also fluent in both French and English.

J’ai plus de 17 ans d’expérience en thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) avec Odyssey Health Services. J’ai commencé ma carrière comme thérapeute comportemental et membre d’une équipe interdisciplinaire offrant un traitement aux patients souffrant de problèmes chroniques de santé somatique et mentale. Je tiens la position de coordonnatrice des admissions depuis 2010. Je continue de faire partie d’une équipe intégréedans un rôle administratif qui comprend la coordination des rendez-vous entre les patients et le personnel clinique.

Je suis diplômée de l’Université Lakehead avec un espécialisation en kinésiologie et un emineure en gérontologie. C’est au cours de mesétudes que j’ai développé une passion pour aider les autres.
