I am a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (CKO) and a graduate from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology.  For the past 5 years, I have been assisting individuals in concussion recovery and acute injuries, as well as prescribing tailored exercise programs for clients dealing with chronic pain to help regain function.

Working as a part of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, my approach to treatment is to implement behavioural activation programs and to move a person towards their meaningful life.  Currently, I am working to improve my knowledge of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) so I can use these principles to help clients identify personal goals and create individualized treatments to best support them in their everyday life.

I enjoy spending time with my family and working on personal growth through physical exercise and trying new experiences in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
