I graduated from Acadia University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology.  I am also a current professional member of the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA).

I spent 3 years of my professional career implementing therapeutic exercise and work hardening programs as part of a multidisciplinary team for people who were off work due to acute injuries, chronic conditions and/or mental illness.

As a Behavioural Therapist at OHS, I will be focusing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help patients transform their behaviours through meaningful and personalized activities and exercises to help them return to work and improve their day-to-day life.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time being active, playing basketball and beach volleyball, reading, listening to music and hiking in the mountains.
