I graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta. I am also a current professional member of the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA).
I began working as a kinesiologist in a rehabilitation setting assisting individuals with occupational injuries. I then transitioned into providing support in chronic pain programs and support of mental health conditions. I am committed to evidence-based practices and active treatment to assist patients in improving their function and engaging in a meaningful
life.
In my downtime you can find me spending time with my dog and partner, hiking, camping or kayaking.
