I am a qualifying Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).  My practice is evidence‐based, encouraging, genuine, collaborative, sympathetic, and relatable.  I am committed to seeing my clients become the best possible versions of themselves more and more everyday.  I also join with them, as a fellow journeyer on my own path to positive and meaningful personal change.

My education consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trent University, with a Masters of Divinity in Counselling (Clinical) from Tyndale Seminary, and further professional development since.  My approach is characterized by Solution‐Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but often leans into the insights and skills of Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Behaviour Therapy (ABA).

Outside of work, I notice that engaging in active, and especially outdoor play, with my young family, cooking tasty meals with wholesome ingredients for the people I love, keeping up with the skills and development of information tech, and participating regularly in meaningful community really contribute to make a big difference in my life.
