I graduated from Brock University in 2018 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. I am a knowledgeable and creative Registered Kinesiologist, known professionally for providing outstanding patient care and motivating clients of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals. I specialize in working with individuals who are off work due to chronic illnesses and injuries.

As a Behavioural Therapist, I will be focusing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help patients change their behaviours through meaningful and personalized activities and exercises to help them return to work and increase their activities of daily living.

In my downtime, I enjoy trying out new restaurants, travelling, crafting, and hanging with my dog!
