I am a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (COKO) who graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Honours). I also have a post-graduate certificate in Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management with Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.

I have clinical experience working with all age groups focusing on overall wellness. My experience includes working with individuals who are on short- and long-term disability, individuals who are involved in motor vehicle accidents and as well as work place injuries. My roles have included performing assessments, developing exercise programs and performing therapeutic modalities to help with gradual return to work.  I have training in applying Behavioural Activation (BA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My goal is to encourage people to help them reach where they want to be in spite of their health conditions. I believe humans have a great potential and sometimes we need that extra help to be at our best. Only the sky is our limit!

In my personal time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, going on walks/hikes, camping, reading and cooking.
